Hi, I'm Laura Hamilton McKee
Founder & Principal Designer
Laura, born and raised in South Texas, divided her time between Corpus Christi on weekdays and the family ranch on weekends. Her passion for design blossomed early on, influenced by her grandmothers. One instilled an appreciation for interiors, adorning her home with custom upholstery, beautiful antiques, and fine drapery. The other taught her the art of sewing and crafting unique designs, even fashioning a one-of-a-kind outfit from a bedspread, showcasing a love for reinventing what was readily available.
In a 20-year career within the luxury jewelry industry, where she designed one-of-a-kind pieces and served as the in-house Gemologist, Laura's journey led her to Santa Rosa Beach in 2002. At the age of 38, she officially embraced the area as her full-time home and established her business. Originating as a coastal concierge and staging venture, it has evolved into the full-scale design firm celebrating 12 years in 2024.
Laura's career is distinguished by a unique style and meticulous attention to detail. Each project, regardless of size, is thoughtfully curated to cater to the distinctive needs of every client. With over a decade of experience leading creative teams, Laura remains committed to crafting lifestyles through design that resonates with a discerning clientele.
